Morning Tai Chi Class
Tai Chi forms and push hands. the morning classes are typically smaller than the evening classes 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM


 

Adult Beginner Kung Fu
Basic Kung Fu. This class covers form, self defense, and grappling. 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM


 

Family Class (Parents Optional) Kids ages 3-6 years old (Beginners)
A kids class, but parents who want to do class with their children will benefit from it as well. 12:30 PM - 1:10 PM


 

Family Class (Parents Optional) Kids ages 7-13 years old (Beginners)
Kids and Parents can learn the basics of Kung Fu together. 4:10 PM - 4:55 PM


 

Family Class (Parents Optional) Kids ages 3-6 years old (Beginners)
Kids and Parents can learn the basics of Kung Fu together. This class is for beginners 4:10 PM - 4:55 PM


 

Traditional Kung Fu Ages 9 and up
This class will focus on Drilling movements found in the Shaolin Style of Martial Arts 5:00 PM - 5:55 PM


 

Self Defense Class Ages 4 and up
This class will only cover self defense techniques. 5:00 PM - 5:55 PM


 

Chinese Fast Wrestling and Grappling (Shuai Jiao) Ages 10 and up
Chinese fast wrestling are take-down techniques known as throws. It looks similar to an art called Judo which comes from Japan, but is actually its predecessor. It could also be called grappling. 6:00 PM - 7:10 PM


 

Beginner Wushu
Wushu is an acrobatic fighting form. High kicks and flexibilty is part of this dynamic style. 6:00 PM - 7:10 PM


 

Adult Beginner Kung Fu
This class is basic Kung Fu meant for beginners. It involves drills, self defense, and a moderate level of conditioning. It is open to ages 13 and up. 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM
