We are going to talk about how to have an attitude of gratitude.
Okay, so let's say there are two kids one kid spends all his time whining about how hard things are and how he doesn't have this toy or doesn't have that, or he has too much homework.
And the other kid he appreciates all the nice things that he has.
Okay which kid is more fun to be around? You know that right?
So to have an attitude of gratitude means that you're grateful for the things that you have in your life
So let me ask you guys what it is that you normally don't think about that you are grateful for right now?
It so important you forget about how good it feels to feel good until you
don't feel so good
So I am going to challenge you guys to: Every day to wake up and the first thing you think about when you wake are all things you're grateful for. Think of at least three things you are grateful for.
